“Her number one concern is just to be healthy for her baby,” her trainer, People. “She’s going to be the most incredible mom.”, tells
Rowland, who will be a first time mom, has been maintaining a regular workout schedule.
“We work out Monday through Friday, but we just keep it at a moderate level,” says Jenkins. “We stay within her doctor’s guidelines and work out anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour so it’s not anything exorbitant.”
By having Kelly do cardio, yoga and light weight training, Jenkins is confident she will bounce back physically after giving birth. “We’ll make sure she gets those sexy abs back as soon as the baby comes out!” she jokes.
The baby will be the first for Kelly and her husband Tim Weatherspoon.
