Last month, Joe debuted the video for his single “Love & Sex Part 2,” featuring Kelly Rowland. The crooner recently released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the Bille Woodruff-directed clip, in which the former Destiny’s Child singer expresses her admiration for Joe.
“I am a huge Joe fan. I love his voice. There’s just no voice like Joe’s voice,” the singer says during an on-set interview. “I remember…the first time I heard him singing and actually trying to harmonize to the songs that he was doing.”
“I’m happy we did this collaboration,” she says. Rowland says of their duet, “I think the difference between love and sex…when sex is with someone that you love it literally does blow your mind.”
“Love & Sex Part 2” appears on Joe’s upcoming album, Bridges, due out June 23 via Sony RED. The set will include contributions from Derek “DOA” Allen, Edrick Miles, Gerald Isaac and Taj Jackson.
