Kanye West’s DONDA Partners with Roc Nation

MTV/Vince Bucci/PictureGroupKanye West and Jay Z have joined forces once again. On Monday, Roc Nation announced that West’s creative house DONDA has partnered with Jay Z’s label.

According to an announcement on Roc Nation’s official website, Jay’s company will manage all DONDA music in particuarly focusing on West’s worldwide touring ventures, international branding and recording.

The company, named after Kanye’s mother Donda West, was launched back in 2009 following the release of his footwear collection with Louis Vuitton. DONDA has been the vehicle for many of ‘Ye’s business ventures including the Nike Air Yeezy sneakers and his upcoming Adidas line, as well as the stage concept of the Yeezus tour.

DONDA also is responsible for designing the the cover art for Lil Wayne‘s I Am Not a Human Being II and Pusha T‘s My Name Is My Name, among others.

Roc Nation currently manages Rihanna, Rita Ora, Wale, J. Cole and Timbaland.
