The Only One trailer debuted at the E3 gaming convention in Los Angeles. It features a woman riding a flying horse across the sky, then sprouting wings and floating among the clouds. The game is dedicated to the rapper’s late mother, Donda West.
When Kanye played a teaser at his Yeezy Season 3 fashion show in February in New York City, he mentioned that game follows his mother’s journey “traveling through the gates of heaven.”
The video game is named after the “Only One” song West recorded with Paul McCartney. It is a tribute to his daughter, North, and is sung as a message to him from the perspective of his mother.
