Def JamKanye West has settled a lawsuit filed by a paparazzo he attacked.
Last year, West pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery in connection with a confrontation he had with the photographer, Daniel Ramos, at Los Angeles International Airport in July of 2013.
The lawsuit was scheduled to go to trial next week. However, Ramos’ attorney Gloria Allred said in a statement on Tuesday that the case had been settled and West had apologized to her client. Allred also shared with the media a rather awkward photo of West, smiling, as he shook Ramos’ hand.
