Kanye West surprised his fans with a New Year’s banger, “FACTS,” in which he took aim at Nike — you know, the company he left in late 2013? West was venting his frustration with the sneaker giant, but the rapper got a reaction out of Michael Jordan‘s son.

In the song, inspired by Drake and Future‘s collaborative hit “Jumpman,” Kanye raps: “Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman,” which suggests that his new Yeezy brand has surpassed Jordan’s Air Jordan sneaker, which is sold under an exclusive Nike deal.

After catching wind of the track, the NBA star’s, Marcus Jordan, made it clear how he felt about Kanye’s bold statements via Twitter. He linked the word “Jumpman” to Air Jordan’s official handle, adding, “LOL I needed a good laugh to start my 2016.” Marcus also posted a meme of his father laughing hysterically, alongside a caption that reads: “Meanwhile…”

It’s unclear whether “FACTS” will appear on West’s highly anticipated album, SWISH, but you can stream it via SoundCloud now.
