PRNewsFoto/Victoria’s SecretAfter screening a premiere of his “Famous” music video in Los Angeles last week, it seems only fair Kanye West chose to exclusively debut a few more in New York City.
Multiple viewing locations were announced by the candid rapper on his Twitter account yesterday, which only disclosed the location addresses to fans on where they could view the music video. However, information on times that the video would be aired in New York City were not released.
HipHopWired also adds that anxious fans were able to see “Famous,” in all of its naked glory, on the sides of buildings located at the addresses disclosed.
It was just yesterday that Girls creator and star Lena Dunham criticized West’s “Famous” on her Facebook page. “I can’t watch it, don’t want to watch it, if it feels informed and inspired by the aspects of our culture that make women feel unsafe even in their own beds, in their own bodies,” she wrote in part of the video, which features life-sized, realistic wax models of celebrities lying naked together in one bed.
