Kanye West graces the cover of Billboard‘s annual Power 100 issue.
On the cover, the mogul wears all black and flashes his wedding ring while posing alongside fellow Universal Music Group artist Lana Del Rey and UMG Chairman/CEO Lucian Grange, who sits atop the publication’s list of executive power player in the music industry.
“Lucian has such an extensive knowledge of music history, yet his eye is always on the future. As artists, we’re lucky he’s at the helm,” says Del Rey.
Elsewhere on the list, Cash Money’s Birdman and Slim come in at #90, a significant drop from their position at #50 last year. Their ranking comes on the heels of their star artist Lil Wayne suing the label for $51 million.
