To honor the birthday of his late mother, the rapper posted a sentimental tweet about his daughter and her grandmother.
“Nori asked if the airplane could take her to heaven to see you for your birthday, I love you Mom,” he wrote. The sweet message was paired with a photo of West and his mother.

Donda West passed away in 2007 from complications after a cosmetic surgery procedure.
In May, West posted another touching tweet about his mother after finding one of her necklaces, writing, “Found this in Mom’s storage. I love and miss you.”
