Def JamFollowing her debut performance at Coachella last weekend, Jhené Aiko shows off her acting chops in the video for “Comfort Inn Ending (Freestyle),” which is a bonus track lifted from her EP Sail Out.
In the clip, directed by Topshelf Jr., the singer remains stone-faced as she burns her cheating boyfriend’s clothes, but soon breaks down while telling her best friend about the failed relationship.
“I was not the only one to you / So I was the only lonely one,” she sings on the No I.D.-produced track, which was posted to her VEVO page.
Fans can expect her full-length debut album, Souled Out, to arrive later this year.
