Jerry Jones Enters Pro Football Hall Of Fame

On Saturday night, the latest Pro Football Hall of Fame class were enshrined in Canton. Among those earning gold jackets were Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones. He is the 16th Cowboys representative to be named to the HOF.

Jones has owned the Cowboys since 1989 and has been the general manager and team president as well. We all know about the three super bowls, but Jerry has been instrumental in taking the NFL into the next level of marketing, sponsorship, television, etc…in short, he has made the NFL a ton more profitable since coming into the league.

Owner Jerry was presented by his wife, Gene.

Jerry had the longest speech at 36:48 and thanked a lot of people from his family, Tom Landry, the “The Triplets”, Herschel Walker and more…

The Cowboys will return to Oxnard, CA for training camp for two more weeks, before returning to The Star in Frisco.
