It’s been a decade since Dave Chappelle released his concert movie Block Party. To celebrate, the comedian is making his comeback with eight scheduled shows taking place this summer at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall.
After selling out the first five dates in a matter of minutes, Live Nation and Chappelle have added three more shows, which will feature his stand-up routine as well as co-headlining musical guests.
Backed by a full orchestra, fans can expect to see performances from Janelle Monae, The Roots, Busta Rhymes, DJ Premier and Erykah Badu, during the dates which run from June 18 through June 26.
