Janelle Monae has announced that she’s landed another headlining performance this summer. The singer is confirmed to serve as the main act for this year’s Taste of Chicago, the world’s largest annual food festival taking place July 9 through 13.
“Yes. headlining #tasteofchicago #delicious,” she tweeted on Monday. The singer will be joined by Gary Clark Jr. on July 10.
The upcoming event will take place in Grant Park and will feature performances from Aloe Blacc, known for his hit single “Wake Me Up,” among others.
