Janelle Monae has been tapped to perform during TNT’s annual holiday concert special Christmas in Washington.
The singer will be joined by a star-studded lineup that will include the Backstreet Boys, Sheryl Crow, Train‘s Pat Monahan and singer/actress Anna Kendrick. In addition, the concert will feature a special guest appearance by NBA Hall of Famer and analyst for TNT’s Inside the NBA Charles Barkley.
Hugh Jackman will serve as host of the special, which will be taped December 15 at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C., and will air on TNT on December 20 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The audience will include President and Mrs. Obama, as well as other Washington V.I.P.’s.
