The singer announced that he’s parted ways with Atlantic Records and signed a new record deal with BMG Primary Wave, a deal that will begin with the release of an upcoming, seventh studio album.
“I’ve worked with a lot of different people throughout my career and signing with Primary Wave just felt right,” explains Jaheim. “Their team is creative and driven and I definitely see this as a long term and valuable relationship for my overall career.”

The singer joins a roster that includes Eric Benet, Melanie Fiona, Jagged Edge and Deborah Cox, among others. Fans can expect Jaheim’s follow-up to2013’s Appreciation Day to be released at the end of the year.
