Jason Merritt/Getty Images Via ABCAttention, Iggy Azalea fans: new music is on the horizon from the Australian rapper.
Iggy took to Twitter to announce that she currently has six songs finished for her sophomore album, and that “things are going great and moving along” in the studio. She added that a new single is coming in 2016.
In a series of response tweets to fans, she also revealed that the new album may only have 10 songs, rather than twelve, and she’s shooting a documentary about the making of the project. When asked if the new disc is “more of a personal album” than her hit debut, The New Classic, she responded, “i think all my s**t is personal all the time so i might not be a good judge on that. lol.”

Iggy’s new material really is new: she said not long ago that she’d scrapped six months’ worth of work and started all over again.
