Future’s EVOL Debuts at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart

ABC/Randy HolmesFuture‘s EVOL has debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart, marking his third number-one album.

According to the publication, the rapper’s latest effort sold 134,000 equivalent album units for the week ending February 11. His feat comes only six months and 20 days after his previous chart-topping sets, DS2, and his Drake joint project, What a Time to Be Alive. In addition, Future has gained the fastest accumulation of number ones since 2010, when the cast of Glee scored three in less than two months.

“#futurehive got me 3 number 1 albums, the real MVP #MYFANS,” the rapper tweeted.

Elsewhere on the Billboard 200, Wiz Khalifa enters the charts this week with Khalifa, which debuts at number six  while Rihanna‘s ANTI drops from number one to number three.

In related news, Future is scheduled to make his debut on Saturday Night Live on on the March 5 episode with host Jonah Hill — this will be Future’s first time on the sketch comedy show.
