Frank Ocean is getting back in the swing of things. After his first public appearance in some time at the Time 100 Gala on Tuesday night, the singer is reportedly scheduled to perform at this year’s Costume Institute Gala at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art next Monday, May 5.
According to the New York Post‘s Page Six, this would mark the crooner’s first time taking stage since canceling his Australian tour and OVO Fest appearance last year due to a vocal cord injury.
Last year, Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue, which hosts the annual event, selected Kanye West to perform.
In related news, Frank is currently working on his sophomore album, the follow-up to 2012’s Channel ORANGE.
