Ex-Destiny’s Child Singer Farrah Franklin Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

by

Horry County Sheriff’s OfficeFormer Destiny’s Child member Farrah Franklin was arrested in South Carolina for disorderly conduct on Sunday.

Franklin was booked into the Horry [OR-ree] County Detention Center in Conway and released on $280 bond.

It’s unclear what led to the arrest, but the 33-year-old singer posted a picture on Instagram just hours before and appeared happy.  TMZ claims sources tell them alcohol was involved in Franklin’s arrest.

This is Franklin’s second arrest for disorderly conduct. She was busted in Los Angeles three years ago, and sources tell TMZ website alcohol was involved then, too. Farrah claimed at the time she was the victim of racial profiling.

Franklin spent five months with Destiny’s Child back in 2000, but was fired by her bandmates, including Beyoncé.
