If you’ve always dreamed of living in the childhood home that inspired many of Eminem‘s dark lyrics, here’s your chance. Slim Shady’s Detroit home is on the auction block, according to the Detroit News.

The single-family home, which the paper reports is 747-square-feet with one and a half baths and a detached garage, was listed on the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority website Tuesday night. Public records show the site was listed as the address of Eminem’s mother, Deborah Mathers, from 1989 until 2003.

There is no price listed for the property and there’s no minimum bid, but a $35 processing fee will be assessed should your offer be accepted.

The property is the same home that’s seen cover of his 2000 album The Marshall Mathers LP.
