Drake was nominated in eleven categories at last night’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, and even though he was in Sin City, he decided to work on his golf swing instead of attending the show at the T-Mobile Arena.
Drizzy won Top Rap Artist, but according to TMZ, he wasn’t present to accept his trophy because he was hitting golf balls on The Strip a few blocks away at the MGM Grand Hotel. He joined friends at the four-level TopGolf sports and entertainment complex which features 108 hitting bays, five bars, two pools and VIP cabanas.
While he was almost shut out at the Billboard Awards, Drake continues to dominate the charts. Views remains number one on the Billboard 200 album chart for the third straight week, and “One Dance’ returns to the top of the Hot 100 replacing Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”
