Diddy is moving on to bigger and better digs. The rap mogul has placed his lavish condo in Manhattan’s Park Imperial building on the market for $7.9 million.
According to the New York Post‘s Page Six, the 2,300-square-foot unit boasts a 90-inch built-in flat-screen television, a piano room, and views of Central Park. Although he’s selling his place, located at 230 W. 56th Street, the rapper wants to remain in New York City, preferably in the downtown area where he can entertain guests, similar to his mansion parties on Miami’s Star Island.
“Diddy wants to move downtown, into a larger apartment where he can entertain and throw parties without disturbing the neighbors,” one source tells the Post.
Back in 2012, the condo was listed for about $8.5 million. Despite lowering the price, Diddy will likely see a tidy profit since he purchased the pad for $3.82 million in 2005.
