Jay Z has been tapped to perform during DirecTV’s Super Saturday Night, which is an exclusive pre-game party before the Super Bowl, according to Billboard.
Hov will take the stage at the invite-only event, hosted by Mark Cuban’s AXS TV and New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning, at DirecTV’s SuperFan Stadium at New York’s Hudson River Park Pier 40 on February 1.
This marks the second time Jay has participated in the event, following last year’s event in New Orleans when Justin Timberlake brought out Jay to perform “Suit & Tie” for the first time.
In addition, sources tell Billboard that Beyonce, who is already exclusively booked by another event that week, will reportedly perform with her husband for at least one song at the DirecTV party.
“Obviously, we would love to have her, but no comment on the rumors,” a DirecTV spokeswoman told the publication.
Jay’s showcase will occur the night before Bruno Mars takes the field at the Super Bowl halftime show.
