2014 has been the year of the joint tour. Following productions from Beyonce and Jay Z and Rihanna and Eminem, Chris Brown and Trey Songz are hitting the road for a co-headlining outing this fall.
Brown announced the news on Twitter, writing, “THIS FALL is gonna be legendary! Get ready for me and @TreySongz Tour!!!!!!”
Trey responded with an Instagram video wondering about what songs they would perform. “We could do like old songs, new songs. Oh, we got that one song that we did together than no one’s heard,” said Trigga before singing Breezy’s “Yo (Excuse Me Miss).”
The longtime friends have also called on their fans to help them choose a name for the outing. “Its official,” Trey adds. “Send in the names that you think would be best for the tour. Can’t wait to see yall out there.”
The tour will see Trey performing material from his latest Trigga LP while Brown will showcase cuts from his upcoming X album, arriving September 16.
