ABC/Randy HolmesChris Brown wants that old thing back. In his official remix of “Back to Sleep” featuring Usher and Zayn Malik, Breezy sings that he wants to reconcile with his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.
“And I know we don’t speak no more/But I just wanna tell you I’m sorry,” Brown sings on the revamped tune, posted on SoundCloud. “I just want you to love me/Yeah baby don’t test me/You know I’ll do it/You want me to say your name girl?/Okay, Karrueche!”
Tran, who split from Breezy last March, has yet to respond on social media. The pair began dating in 2011 but eventually she called it off after learning with the rest of the world that he had fathered a now one-year-old daughter named Royalty with aspiring model Nia Guzman.
In other CB news, the singer revealed over the weekend that he’s working on an animated series. He posted an illustration on Instagram, in which he appears to be standing with his daughter Royalty on his back.
