ABC/Randy HolmesPhillip Plein has recruited a new superhero — and his name is Chris Brown.
The singer-actor stars in a new ad campaign for the German fashion designer’s Fall/Winter 2016 collection, called #PLEINHERO. Chris posted pictures of the full campaign for fans on his Twitter account Thursday, writing the caption “FALL/WINTER 2016-2017 @PhilippPlein78.”
The photos show Brown posing with various supermodels, including Carmen Dell’Orefice, Crystal Renn and Soo Joo Park. The singer is seen seated with an artificial neon halo around his head, hanging upside down and in a few sultry embraces.
For this campaign, Plein says that he was inspired by the internal struggle of good versus evil, and by the possibility of being your own real-life superhero.
“We need to search deep inside ourselves to find the belief, strength and determination to become superhuman. We can harness hidden powers within us all. Regardless of gender, nationality or age, we can be heroes,” he states on his website.
