Chris Brown appears to be trying to make peace with his recent past, and with his fans. The rapper posted a photo on Instagram Saturday of himself in an orange jail jumpsuit, along with a reflective message in which he admits making “a lot of mistakes along the way.”
Breezy writes, “I been through a lot in my life. Made a lot of mistakes along the way. But through it all I’ve always been true to myself and through God I’ve been able to take care of my family! I should regret some things but I think the lessons learned will shape me into a real man. I’m grateful and appreciative! Thank you for life!”
Brown’s music career has managed to stay afloat despite his recent extended jail stint. Last week, his latest hit single, “Loyal,” reached platinum status, which means the song has sold more than one million copies.
