On Thursday night’s edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, actor/rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson proved he wasn’t too tough to poke fun at himself — thanks to the widely-seen video of his recent ceremonial first pitch at a New York Mets game, which went well wide of the plate.
Kimmel asked 50 Cent why he even tried. “I still don’t know why…I don’t know why I did that,” Fiddy laughed. “What can I say? I didn’t realize this could happen.”
50 Cent said when “you’re playing catch with each other it’s never an issue,” but when you get on a big league pitcher’s mound “there’s pressure, there’s like a ghost like from old pitchers who don’t like people up there.”
