Just days after Paul Walker‘s death, Beyonce paid homage to the beloved Fast & Furious actor during the Los Angeles stop of her Mrs. Carter tour.
“I dedicate this song to Paul Walker,” said Bey during a show at the Staples Center on Tuesday. The singer dimmed the lights before beginning her dedication, which included performances of Whitney Houston‘s “I Will Always Love You” and “Halo.” The footage of her performance was posted on her official YouTube page on Thursday.
One concertgoer tweeted about the performance: “When @Beyonce sang Whitney Houston I will always love you and dedicated it to Paul walker… I cried. That woman sings like no other.”
As previously reported, the 40-year-old actor was killed in a car crash Saturday, November 30 after attending a charity event in L.A. for his Reach Out Worldwide organization to help victims of the Philippines typhoon.
