The new issue of People magazine highlights some of urban music’s hottest stars, not for their musical talent, but for their style.  Among the R&B singers mentioned in this year’s People Best & Worst Dressed list are Beyonce, Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Justin Timberlake.

While her sister Solange grabs the title of “Best Risk-Taking Style,” Beyonce wins the title of “Best Selfie Style,” for all the looks she’s highlighted on Instagram over the year.  Highlights range from a peek at her daughter Blue Ivy‘s glam wardrobe, to her whole family’s footwear, to her gold bee-shaped earrings, inspired by her Queen Bey nickname.  And let’s not forget that shot of her cropped pixie ‘do, which nearly broke the Internet.

Meanwhile, Rihanna’s highlighted in the “Gowns of the Year” section for the sheer-paneled Azzedine Alaia chiffon gown she wore to the Grammys, while Jennifer Lopez also makes the cut, for her embellished nude Zuhair Murad gown at the Golden Globes.

Justin Timberlake and Justin Bieber are paired in a section called “Best and Worst Justins,” and we’ll let you guess which is which.  Here’s a hint: one of them wore Tom Ford, Lanvin and Rag & Bones designs. The other wore a gas mask, baggy-crotched purple leopard pants, scraggly facial hair and no shirt.

Continuing the “worst” theme, Alicia Keys joins America’s favorite twerker Miley Cyrus in the “Worst Hair” section — Miley for her topknots, which looked like devil horns; Alicia for that bowl cut she sported on Good Morning America a few weeks ago; Ri Ri was also mentioned after changing her ‘do to a mullet.

Finally, Mariah Carey makes into the mag’s list of “Top 10 Style Moments” for rocking a series of customized glam arm slings after she dislocated her shoulder.

To check out all the beautiful and terrible photos for yourself, be sure to pick up the new issue of People this Friday.
