Playboy/Ellen von UnwerthAzealia Banks wants the world to know there is a difference between skin bleaching and skin brightening, according to Bossip.
While the controversial rapper is currently banned from Twitter, she went to her Instagram account on Thursday, voicing her opinions on the matter.
“I’m working on a huge article about skin lightening,” she wrote. “Including the differences between skin bleaching and skin lightening. Skin whitening and skin brightening. All four of these things are different.”
Banks then continued to voice her dissatisfaction with the music industry.
“I feel really sad and uninspired,” NME reports in a recent Instagram post written by the vocalist.
“I’m having trouble mustering up enough smiles and enthusiasm to finish Fantasea 2. I feel deeply misunderstood, I feel cheated, I feel stolen from…I feel as though I’ve made and am making some huge contributions to the times as far as music and national conversation go, only to be shoved in a corner and punished while I watch my ideas and insight get paraphrased and repackaged by everyone.”
The 25-year old Harlem, New York native has gotten into a number of tiffs with many celebrities such as Perez Hilton, Zayn Malik, Skai Jackson, Iggy Azalea and even Sarah Palin, prompting her Twitter ban.
