ABC/Lou RoccoNext month will see Alicia Keys headlining a concert in San Francisco the night before Super Bowl 50.
According to SFGate.com, the singer will perform at The City Stage at Super Bowl City February 6, as part of the week-long festivities leading up to the Super Bowl. The upcoming event will be free to attend and additional acts will be announced at a later time.
The showcase just might feature new material from Alicia, who’s been quietly working on her sixth studio album. The singer told ABC Radio in November that the follow-up to 2012’s Girl on Fire is “coming the top of next year.”
In other Alicia news, the singer has gone vegan. Her husband Swizz Beatz revealed that Keys is maintaining a strict diet, even opting to eat fruit instead of drink alcohol on New Year’s Eve.
