50 Cent has finally sold his massive Farmington, Connecticut home.
According to TMZ, the rapper has found a buyer who reportedly plans on turning the mansion into an assisted living facility for the elderly. The gossip site claims that the huge residence sold for $8 million recently, which is a significant drop from his original asking price $18.5 mill back in 2007.
Fif’s former home, which was previously owned by Mike Tyson, is said to have cost the rapper $70,000 a month on maintenance. The 21-bedroom location features a helicopter pad, a casino and a nightclub.
The news comes after 50 filed for bankruptcy last year.
